Psychic Persuasion is an artificial influence evident to some extent in most reports of sightings of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP, known popularly as UFO’s) and what are believed to be extraterrestrial beings (aliens), as well encounters with and abductions by extraterrestrial beings.
Psychic Persuasion is a tool utilized to affect a control over a Human Being. This control can be divided into several facets, such as:

The Alien Collective and Psychic Persuasion
Communication is simply the transfer of information from one point to another or one individual to another. This can be in the form of a visual (hand signs and sign language, body signals, writing), audible (such as spoken words and audible signals or cues), or mental (telepathy) process.
Scientific research involving communication between animals strongly suggests that they communicate with each other telepathically. A good example would be migrating birds in flight. Numerous birds flying in formation can make spontaneous, highly orchestrated, instantaneous changes in direction, many times in response to an external threat. Other times, they simultaneously make a change in direction to land in trees or make a navigation correction. Without an ability to cue a direction and velocity modification in flight, birds would simply slam into each other and fall to the ground.
Dolphins and whales also show the capability to communicate with each other telepathically. The possibility for Humans to communicate with dolphins and whales has intrigued researchers, caretakers, and even the military.
Human beings with telepathic abilities are being studied by researchers in an attempt to understand what enables psychic abilities. Telepathy in Humans was thought to be rare, but more and more scientists are finding that there is something within the Human brain that, like animals, could enable communication mind to mind.
According to abductees and witnesses, extraterrestrials seem to be mentally linked to each other, especially in the case of “Grays”, a nickname for an alien species described as standing three and a half to four feet in height, with grey, tan, or pale green skin, large eyes, no nose, a slit for a mouth, and very slim bodies with abnormally long arms and very thin legs. Based on corroborating testimonies of multiple witnesses of events surrounding the Roswell, New Mexico crash and military retrieval of a spacecraft in July 1947, the deceased occupants were reported to be Grays.
Such a mental connection allows a more convenient and instantaneous form of communication. This form of community linkage, which was popularized by the Borg Collective in the television series Star Trek: The Next Generation, allows many minds to operate as one, highly efficient mind. Information and experiences are shared, and commands are instantly sent to the applicable unit or alien individual.
The ability to function as a Collective may be resultant of Psychic Persuasion technology. The abductee or intended abductee is quite literally given directions by the Collective, instructions on what to do, when to do it, and what to think during and about the instructions. Highly comparable to the interactions between the extraterrestrials themselves, this process allows the victim to feel that they are making the decisions themselves, of their own volition. It is not until later, when the actions are reasoned through, that anomalies start to appear. These anomalies can be actions performed that are inconsistent with the situation or with the natural and established mannerisms, decision-making processes, or personality of the intended victim.
It is also possible that the partial and temporary incorporation into the Collective allows the Collective to command the victim to become unconscious or fall asleep, to implant false or screen memories, and/or to instill specific feelings about the abduction and the abductors’ motivations toward Humanity. Such feelings, directed by the Collective, can be used to validate, substantiate, and further enforce screen memories. Examples could be a general, relaxed feeling of happiness and safety on the part of the victims, and an impression of benevolence on the part of the abductors, a desire for good will toward the abductees, and a feeling that the aliens are here to perform some vitally important and time-sensitive service for which Humanity is unaware of the “life or death” necessity.
That is not to say that all extraterrestrials perpetrate manipulation and likely deceit into the victims’ minds, just that the possibility is present. One must consider, though, that a benevolent person would not forcibly remove another from their environment, remove their sense of control over self and the situation, subject them to highly stressful, terrorizing experiences, painful medical procedures, then with inadequate explanation simply deposit them back into their environment with an adapted memory that makes the perpetrator seem like a nice, kindhearted character. Whether you consider this from a Christian perspective involving the God-given right to freedom and free agency or from a scientific acknowledgement of a species sentience, or from a sociological view of “just plain good manners”, Humans are far from lab rats and cannot simply be subjected to scientific procedures against their will.
It would be reasonable to speculate that extraterrestrials are not automatically born into the Collective. They most likely are conceived as completely independent thinkers and, sometime during gestation or soon following birth are artificially absorbed (or assimilated, to coin a term from the Borg, courtesy of the Star Trek franchises) into the Collective. Such technology could also be used to trigger Psychic Persuasion within abduction victims.
